Research

I am broadly interested in the fields of marine science and microbial ecology. My research interests include algal-bacterial interactions and how these interactions impact microalgal growth/productivity. I've had experience with flow cytometry, amplicon sequencing and cultivating microalgae in outdoor open raceway ponds for biotechnology applications.
